Paul Dowd - Marketing, Software Development and Support. Paul Dowd is the author of SeisPos, P1Tools, SPSPro and SurvUtil. He has been involved in the seismic industry since 1981 with Western Geophysical, Horizon Exploration Limited and Concept Systems Limited. He has been providing independent Navigation and QC services since 1994. Paul has a first class BSc (Hons) in Surveying and Mapping Sciences, specialising in geodesy, sea surveying and software engineering. Paul's role in FGPS includes Software Design and Development, Marketing and Technical Support.
